Florida Vietnam Veterans Memorial

I am a veteran and I am proud to have served this country. It is incredibly humbling to stand at the Florida Vietnam Veterans Memorial and see the thousands of names, carved in stone, each representing a father, brother, or friend that left American soil, never to return. Each of these memorial bands in these photos are for a veteran who has died, whether in combat or by suicide. Every veteran you know has more than one person that they served with who is no longer with us.
